Manor House will consist of 225 2 and 3 bedroom units, a Facility Centre which will host approximately 22 beds which will be used for medical care purposes. In the Facility Centre there will also be a dining room, utility room, braai area and a hairdresser for personal care.

At this stage we are busy with rentals in the 1st Phase (no’s 1-90) and have already started to do some rental in Phase 2
for occupation, 1 October 2024. Thereafter, we will move to Phases 3 and 4.

Even though we are in the process of doing rentals only, we will in due time start to sell units as well.
